TLV GT Series Mechanical Pumps (With Steam Traps)

We offer the full range of GT PowerTrap mechanical condensate recovery pumps from TLV, these pumps come in cast iron or cast steel with BSPT threaded or BS EN 1092-1 flanged ends. GT Power traps all feature a compact design with stainless steel internals, built-in check valves and a free float steam trap for systems where fluctuations between positive and negative pressure occur.

These pumps are used to eliminate stall, recover and transport condensate for the recycling of water and heat energy, all GT PowerTrap pumps can be disassembled in-line for easy maintenance and require no electrical supply, making them suitable for use in hazardous areas. Can be used in systems with negative differential pressure, the range includes pumps with filling heads as low as 155mm as well as pumping and trapping capacities of up to 8.2t/h and 35t/h respectively.
