Non-mainland UK

Non-mainland UK deliveries are subject to additional costs and excluded from our free delivery offer, please see our full rates for the delivery cost to these locations.

Regions we count as non-mainland include:

• Western Isles
• Isle Of Man
• Channel Islands
• Scilly Isles
• Northern Ireland

Pickup/Collection

You may collect from our trade counter, free of charge, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Collection orders must be placed online or with our sales team and paid for in advance.

Once the goods are ready for collection a member of our team will contact you, if necessary they will also provide you with the shipping weight and dimensions.

Some of our products are extremely heavy and unsuitable for transport in a passenger car, please be sure to have a safe and legal method of transporting these items.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery for the vast majority of our products. This is available on most orders over £150.00 excluding tax and is priced on application.

As our website is unable to calculate the cost when ordering it will state that this service is "price on application" along and a cost of £0.00, this is not the true cost and there will be more to pay. We aim to contact you within 2 working days with the true delivery cost and to collect the outstanding cost.

• Before selecting this option please consider the size and weight of the goods you're ordering as this has a direct impact on the shipping cost.
• We understand that occasionally shipping may be most costly than expected, in this case, order cancellation is allowed but will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, this will be deducted from any refund due to you.
• The buyer will be responsible for paying any import taxes or duties applicable in the destination country.
• Only available for orders up to 70kg.
• We're not able to offer international shipping on orders with a value of less than £150

All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT.

Tuffnells and UPS are our main two carriers, though other carriers may be used where needed.

We don’t offer timed delivery slots, for most carriers, the standard delivery window is 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

All shipments are tracked through our couriers delivery network and must be signed for by the recipient upon delivery. For security purposes, goods cannot be left without a signature.

Orders that require cutting, threading, contain bespoke items or goods which are manufactured or assembled to order may be subject to longer delivery times, these orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We reserve the right, even once checkout is complete, to apply extra delivery charges. We will try to avoid this where possible.

We advise against scheduling work or booking contractors until you've taken receipt of the goods. ValvesTubesFittings.com isn't liable for any losses, damages, charges, compensation or expenses as a result of any error or delay in delivery.
