Non-mainland UK deliveries are subject to additional costs and excluded from our free delivery offer, please see our full rates for the delivery cost to these locations.
Regions we count as non-mainland include:
- Scottish Islands
- Western Isles
- Isle Of Man
- Channel Islands
- Scilly Isles
- Northern Ireland
Pickup/Collection
Customer collections are welcomed from our Ashton-under-Lyne trade counter, between 08:00am – 16:45pm, Monday – Friday (excl. bank holidays).
Collection orders should be placed online or with our sales team and paid for in advance.
When your order’s ready for collection our team will let you know and if needed can also provide the shipping weight and dimensions.
Nobody likes a wasted journey! Please wait until we’ve confirmed your order is ready for collection.
Some of our products are extremely heavy and may be unsuitable for transport in a domestic car, please make sure you can safely and legally transport these items.
For customers collecting from outside of the UK, your order is provided on an EXW (Ex Works) basis. As the buyer you’re responsible for arranging collection, transport and insurance (if required) as well as completing any customs and export procedures.
International Delivery
International delivery is available for many of our products. Every shipment is different so this service is priced on a per case basis.
Where available, our website will offer a “price on application” service with a cost of £0.00. This is not the true cost, there will be more to pay.
We aim to contact you within 2 working days with a delivery quote and to collect the outstanding cost.
- Before selecting this option please consider the size and weight of the goods you’re ordering, these have a direct impact on the shipping cost.
- Occasionally shipping may be more costly than expected. Where possible we allow cancellation subject to a 30% fee which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
- The buyer is responsible for all import taxes or duties applicable in the destination country.
- Only available for orders up to 70kg.
Unfortunately, we can’t quote for international delivery before packing the goods. Our international delivery service is unavailable on orders under £150.00 (excl. tax). Sorry about that!
Everything Else
- All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT.
- DX, UPS and The Pallet Network are our three main carriers, though other carriers may be used where needed.
- We don’t offer timed delivery slots, for most carriers, the standard delivery window is 08:00am – 17:00pm, Monday – Friday (excl. bank holidays).
- All shipments are tracked through our courier’s delivery network and require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders that require cutting, threading, or contain bespoke items or goods which are manufactured or assembled to order may be subject to longer delivery times, these orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Delivery on orders weighing more than one metric tonne requires approval from our team. Our website will only process these orders on a collection basis.
- We reserve the right to apply extra delivery charges even once checkout is complete. We will try to avoid this where possible.
- We strongly advise against scheduling work or booking contractors until you receive the goods.
