Dedicated Flange Adapters

Viking Johnson Dedicated range large diameter flange adapters are available here in sizes between 378mm x 14" - 635mm x 24", they’re suitable for use ductile iron plain ended pipe and have drillings for PN16 flanges to BS EN 1092-1. Dedicated flange adapters are made of S235JR mild steel with a black Rilsan (nylon 11) coating for resistance to chemicals, abrasion, impact and more.

EPDM rubber gaskets/seals come as standard on all sizes. All of these large diameter VJ flange adapters have a “Type L02” standard sleeve with a 150mm length, the setting gap range for pipes is 25mm – 50mm. Dedicated flange adapters all allow up to 3° of angular deflection and up to 5mm of expansion or contraction allowing for normal pipeline movement. 16 bar (PN16) pressure rated.
