SS3 Stainless Steel Free Float Steam Traps

We offer TLV SS3N (horizontal) and SS3V (vertical) welded stainless steel mechanical steam traps in sizes 1/2″ – 1″ with BSPT threaded, PN25/40 & ANSI flanged ends. These steam traps all use a stainless steel free float mechanism, the float rises as condensate rises allowing to be discharged and falls again as steam enters the trap, it also rotates providing infinite sealing surfaces for an extended service life.
All SS3 free float steam traps from TLV come with a built-in stainless steel strainer to protect internal components as well as a bi-metallic air vent allowing for automatic air venting, quick start-up and water hammer reduction. These traps have a discharge capacity of up to 300kg/h and a number of differential pressure ranges.
