ANSI B16.5 Weld Neck Flanges

We offer a full range of ASME B16.5:2017 raised face weld neck flanges from stock in carbon steel, this includes ANSI class 150 (150lb) and class 300 (300lb) flanges with Sch40/STD and Sch80/XS weld necks. These forged flanges are available in sizes between 1/2" (DN15) and 24" (DN600) depending on the pressure class and hub thickness required.

All of our ANSI B16.5 weld neck flanges come with full 3.1 test certification ensuring maximum traceability and have been manufactured using black (self-colour) ASTM A105 forged carbon steel with a yellow anti-rust coating, they even come with a raised face which increases the pressure applied to the gasket ensuring a strong seal.
