ANSI-150 Weld Neck Flanges (Sch80)
We offer a full range of ASME B16.5:2017 class-150 raised face weld neck flanges from stock with a Sch80/XS (extra strong) weld neck/hub thickness, These flanges are available in sizes between 1/2" (15mm) and 6" (150mm) nominal bore.
All of our ANSI B16.5 weld neck flanges come with a 150psi (10 bar) pressure rating and full 3.1 mill test certification ensuring maximum traceability. These pipe flanges have been manufactured using black (self-colour) ASTM A105 forged carbon steel and come with a raised face which increases the pressure applied to the gasket ensuring a strong seal.
