ANSI-300 Weld Neck Flanges (Sch80)
We offer a full range of ASME B16.5:2017 class-300 raised face weld neck flanges from stock with a Sch80/XS (extra strong) weld neck/hub thickness, These flanges are available in sizes between 3/4" (20mm) and 3" (80mm) nominal bore.
All of the ANSI B16.5 weld neck flanges listed below come with a 300psi (20 bar) pressure rating and full 3.1 mill test certification ensuring maximum traceability. These pipe flanges have been manufactured using black (self-colour) ASTM A105 forged carbon steel and come with a raised face which increases the pressure applied to the gasket ensuring a strong seal.
