LV21 Stainless Steel Thermostatic Steam Traps

We offer the TLV LV21 stainless steel balanced pressure thermostatic steam trap in sizes 1/4" (8mm) - 1/2" (15mm) with female BSPT taper threaded ends. These compact steam traps all use a thermo-liquid filled X-element which discharges hot air as well as rapidly discharges cold air or condensate for quick start-up.

All LV21 thermostatic steam traps come with a fail-open feature ensuring equipment can keep running without interruption, a stainless steel strainer and a rugged, lightweight design which can handle water-hammer, superheated steam and more. For vertical installation only, suitable for up to 21 bar differential pressure, 700kg/h discharge capacity.
