LEX3N-TZ Stainless Steel Temperature Control Steam Traps

The LEX3N-TZ stainless steel thermostatic temperature control steam trap is available here in sizes 1/2" - 1" NB all of which are female BSPT taper threaded. These traps are used to discharge condensate at a temperature set by the user and use a bi-metal element for temperature sensing. They offer a quick start-up by rapidly venting initial air and condensate, these traps also have a built-in scale removal function which prevents the valve seat clogging.

All TLV LEX3N-TZ steam traps can be accessed inline for easy cleaning and maintenance, they’re often used on tracing lines, storage tanks and more. 300kg/h discharge capacity with a 46 bar maximum operating pressure.
