L21S/L32S Carbon Steel Thermostatic Steam Traps

The L21S & L32S carbon steel balanced pressure thermostatic steam traps from TLV are available here on our website in sizes 1/2" (DN15) - 1" (DN25) with BSPT threaded or PN25/40 flanged ends to BS EN 1092-1. These TLV steam traps use a thermostatic X-element which discharges hot air and can also rapid discharge cold air and condensate for a fast start-up.

All L21S & L32S thermostatic steam traps are easy to clean & maintain, offer a fail-open mechanism, built-in stainless-steel strainer as well as a rugged lightweight design to handle water hammer, superheated steam and more. L21S traps are 21 bar pressure rated with a 760kg/h discharge capacity, L32S traps are 32 bar rated with up to a 520kg/h discharge capacity.
