P46SRN Thermodynamic Steam Traps

We offer the P46SRN thermodynamic disc type steam trap from TLV in sizes 1/2" - 1" with a carbon steel or stainless steel body, BSPT taper threaded, socket weld or PN25/40 flanged ends. All of these thermodynamic steam traps feature an air jacketed pressure chamber which reduces steam loss in cold conditions as well as a bi-metal air vent for a quick start-up.

The TLV P46SRN features a built-in stainless steel strainer as well as an in-line replaceable valve module and mirror-polished sealing surfaces for a steam tight seal without air binding. Rated for up to 46 bar pressure, 750kg/h discharging capacity. P64SRM & P46SRW traps are also available in selected sizes.
