P21S Stainless Steel Thermodynamic Steam Traps

We offer P21S stainless steel thermodynamic steam traps, also known as disc traps, from TLV in sizes 1/4" (8mm) and 1/2" (15mm) NB, they’re both BSPT taper threaded and suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. TLV P21S thermodynamic disc traps have an air jacketed (insulated) pressure chamber which reduces steam loss in poor environmental conditions.

All of these TLV steam traps come with a built-in stainless steel strainer and are designed to deal with high dirt concentrations around the valve seat. The mirror-polished sealing surfaces provide a steam tight seal, further preventing steam loss. The P21S is often used on tracing applications, has a discharge capacity of 400kg/h and a 21 bar pressure rating.
