EN 1092-1 Weld Neck Flanges (PN6)

A full range of PN6 raised face weld neck flanges is available here on our website, these type 11 flanges all conform to the BS EN 1092-1:2018 and have been previously known as BS 4504 as well as metric flanges. We offer forged PN6 weld neck flanges from stock in sizes 1/2" (15mm) to 6 1/2” (150mm) nominal bore.

All of our PN6 weld neck flanges come with a raised face which increases pressure on the gasket for a stronger seal, they also come with 3.1 mill test certification on request. All of our BS EN 1092-1 flanges are forged from S235JR mild steel. This range of flanges is 6 bar (PN6) pressure rated with a maximum operating temperature of 300°C, normally, this type of flange is butt welded directly to a piece of steel pipe.
