BS EN 1092-1 Weld Neck Flanges

We offer an extensive range of raised face weld neck forged flanges from stock to the BS EN 1092-1:2018 standard, these type 11 flanges have also been known as metric and BS 4504 flanges and are available in sizes between 1/2" (15mm) and 12" (300mm) nominal bore.

Our range includes PN6, PN10, PN16 & PN40 flanges, they all come with a raised face which increases pressure on the gasket for a stronger seal, they’re made of S235JR mild steel and come with 3.1 mill test certification for maximum traceability. Weld neck flanges are normally butt welded directly to steel pipe or tube, we can also offer an extensive range of gaskets to suit these pipe flanges.
