EN 1092-1 Weld Neck Flanges (PN10)

A full range of PN10 raised face weld neck flanges is available here on our website, these type 11 flanges all conform to the BS EN 1092-1:2018 and have been previously known as BS 4504 as well as metric flanges. We offer forged PN10 weld neck flanges from stock in sizes 8" (200mm) to 12” (300mm) nominal bore.

All of our PN10 weld neck flanges come with a raised face which increases pressure on the gasket for a stronger seal, they also come with 3.1 mill test certification on request. All of our BS EN 1092-1 flanges are forged from S235JR mild steel. This range of flanges is 10 bar (PN10) pressure rated with a maximum operating temperature of 400°C, normally, this type of flange is butt welded directly to a piece of steel pipe.
