Cast Iron Wafer Check Valves

We can supply cast iron wafer type check valves from stock in a full range of sizes, all of these wafer check valves have been produced by industry leading manufacturers; Genebre or Albion. Currently we offer the Albion Art121 and Genebre Art2401 wafer check valves in sizes between 2" and 12", both of these valves feature a dual plate/disc design and have a cast iron (GG25) body construction as well as a stainless steel 316 disc and 16 bar pressure rating.

These dual plated wafer check valves are designed for installation between steel pipe flanges and can be fitted using PN10 or PN16 flanges to BS EN 1029-1 or class-150 flanges to ANSI B16.5, they can also be installed in a vertical, horizontal or inclined position and used at temperatures between -10°C - 100°C (120°C for Art121). The Albion check valve features CE approval and an EPDM seat, whilst the Genebre valves are not CE approved and all use NBR seats.
