Genebre Art5111 Ductile Iron Wafer Butterfly Valves

We can supply the complete range of Genebre Art5111 actuated ductile iron wafer type butterfly valves, they’re based on the Art2101, available in sizes between 2” and 8” nominal bore and can be used with PN10 & PN16 flanges to BS EN 1092-1 as well as class-150 ANSI B16.5 flanges. All of these butterfly valves are made of epoxy painted ductile iron with a stainless steel disc and PTFE & EPDM rubber seat/liner. Art5111 actuated butterfly valves are rated for up to 10 bar pressure.

All of these actuated wafer butterfly valves are assembled to order, we use the built-in ISO 5211 direct mount to fit an Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator, these rack and pinion actuators are available as double acting or spring return. Spring return options can be normally open or closed, we recommend using compressed air to drive these actuators.
