SJ6FX Ductile Iron Free Float Steam Traps

The TLV SJ6FNX & SJ6FVX ductile iron mechanical free float steam traps come with PN25/40 flanged ends to EN 1092-1 (DIN 2501) in sizes 1 1/2" - 2" with a variety of differential pressure ranges. These traps all use a stainless steel free float which rises as condensate enters the trap and opens the valve to drain condensate, it then falls to close the valve when steam enters the trap. It also rotates to provide infinite sealing surfaces, reducing wear and extending service life.

All TLV SJ6FX steam traps have a removable cover for easy maintenance, they also feature a built-in strainer and thermostatic X-element air vent for fast start-up and automatic air venting until close-to-steam temperature. These free float steam traps have a discharge capacity of up to 3000kg/h.
