TLV TC1/TC2 Temperature Control Valves

We offer the TC1 and TC2 self-acting globe type temperature regulating valves from TLV, these valves are available here in sizes up to 3" (DN80) with PN16 (TC1) or PN40 (TC2) flanged ends. TC1’s come with a cast iron body, TC2 temperature control valves have a cast steel body as well as pressure balancing bellows for better flow and differential pressure performance.

All of these temperature control valves feature a robust, low maintenance design and require no power or signalling lines due to their self-acting nature, this makes them suitable for use in hazardous areas. TLV’s TC1 & TC2 valve have a stainless steel valve seat and plug as well as a TCA thermostatic with 3m copper capillary tube and bronze temperature sensor. TC1’s are 13 bar rated, TC2’ are 16 bar rated.
