TLV VAS Cast Iron Rapid Initial Air Vents

The VAS cast iron rapid initial air vent from TLV is available here, this vent is manufacture in one size only, 3/4" (20mm) NB inlet x 1/2" (15mm) NB outlet. They’re specifically designed with a large valve seat for venting air on start-up on hot or cold water lines, they’re also suitable for other non-hazardous liquids.

TLV VAS air vents come with female BSPT taper threaded ends and use a precision ground stainless steel free float and NBR rubber seat ensuring a tight seal when the vent is closed. These air vents can also function as a vacuum breaker and should be installed in the vertical position only, 10 bar (PN10) pressure rated with a 180l/min discharge capacity.
