Reinforced Graphite Flange Gaskets
One of the many material options we offer for flange gaskets is reinforced graphite, or CPS 3002A as it is also known. These flanges gaskets are reinforced with thin layers of stainless steel 316 and are often used for high pressure and high temperature applications such as those often found in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
We offer gaskets made of this material to suit pipe flanges to BS EN 1092-1:2018, BS 10:2009 and ANSI/ASME B16.5:2017, we can also supply this material in sheet form. All of these flanges are rated for use at up to 140 bar pressure and have an operating temperature range of -200°C – 650°C depending on the medium.
