Medium Red Primer Steel Pipe EN 10255

We offer a full range of red-oxide primer painted, medium walled mild steel tube from stock which is dual certified to both the BS EN 10255:2004 and the BS EN 10217-1:2002 standards, it's also compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU. All of our BS EN 10255 steel tube is manufactured in Europe by Borusan Mannesmann and Yucel Boru, the material is fully traceable and can be supplied with 3.1 mill test certification if required.

This range includes red-primer painted steel pipe in 6.5 metre full random and 3.25 metre half random lengths as well as plain ended tube and female BSPT taper screwed and socketed options in sizes between 15mm (1/2”) and 100mm (4”) nominal bore. Red-oxide painted pipe and tube is suitable for a number of applications, medium walled material is often found on sprinkler systems in the fire protection industry and many other installations such as diesel fuel or low-pressure oil lines.
