Heavy Galvanised Steel Pipe EN 10255

We can supply an extensive range of heavy walled HDG galvanised mild steel pipe and tube from stock all of which is dual certified to the BS EN 10255:2004 and BS EN 10217-1:2002. Our heavy galvanised tube is available in full random 6.5m and half random 3.25m lengths with plain, BSPT screwed and socketed or grooved ends in sizes between 1/2” (15mm) and 6” (150mm) nominal bore. All of our EN 10255 steel tube is manufactured in Europe by Borusan Mannesmann or Yucel Boru and can be supplied with 3.1 mill test certification to BS EN 10204:2004.

Heavy-walled galvanised pipe and tube comes with a thicker wall than our medium grade material and therefore can be used at higher pressures, up to 42 bar on some of our smaller diameter tube.This material is common on high pressure compressed air installations as well as non-potable water, low-pressure petroleum lines and even galvanised handrail installations.
