Cone Seat Unions (Male/Female)

A full range of galvanised carbon steel male/female cone seat unions to ASME B16.11 is available here on our website, this includes square and hexagon head plugs in sizes 1/4” (8mm) – 2” (50mm) nominal bore. These pipe fittings are all forged from HDG galvanised ASTM A105N carbon steel and conform to the ASME B16.11:2016 and BS 3799:1974 standards.

Our ASME B16.11 unions come with male & female BSPT threads to ISO 7-1 (BS EN 10226) or NPT threaded to ASME B1.20.1, they’re manufactured in Europe and come with 3.1 test certificates. These forged fittings are 3000lb/psi (206 bar) pressure rated and generally used in high pressure/temperature installations with ASTM A106 seamless steel tube.
