Loctite 577 Liquid Pipe Thread Sealant (50ml)

Loctite 577 is a medium strength liquid based pipe thread sealant that can be used for a variety of applications such as oil tanks, boilers, valves and compression fittings, it's suitable for use on both parallel and taper threads. When applied it provides an instant low-pressure seal but when cured will be able to withstand higher pressures of up to 500 bar. Though it has good chemical and thermal resistance characteristics we recommend only using this sealant on low-pressure systems.

Suitable for sealing up pipe and tube up to 3" nominal bore

Approvals for hot and cold drinking water, potable water, gas and LPG

Seals against most solvents and gasses including heating oil, water and gas

Can be undone with normal hand tools
