ANSI B16.5 Threaded Flanges

We can supply a full range of threaded flanges to ASME or ANSI B16.5:2017, this includes sizes 1/2" (DN15) - 6" (DN150) in pressure class 150 or 300, BSPT & NPT taper threaded ends are also available. All of these ASME forged flanges are made of black (self-colour) ASTM A105 carbon steel with a yellow anti-rust or HDG galvanised coating.

Our ASME B16.5 threaded flanges are all of the bossed variety which provides a supporting ring around the tube for a stronger joint, they also have a raised sealing face which increases pressure on the gasket for a tight seal. 3.1 test certification is available with all of our ANSI screwed flanges offering full traceability.
