C18 Base Flange With Toeboard

The FastClamp C18 handrail fitting is available to order here on our website in 1 1/4" (32mm) and 1 1/2" (40mm) NB sizes, these HDG galvanised base flanges come with a built-in toeboard and have cast from malleable iron. All of these base flanges come with an HDG galvanised finish to BS EN ISO 1461 and been manufactured to the BS EN 1562:2012 standard.

C18 galvanised malleable iron base flanges are commonly used in guard railing and balustrading applications where a toeboard is required, the toeboard/side plates have slotted holes which ease installation by allowing for a degree of sideways movement. The base flange can be secured using the two 18mm diameter bolt holes, while BS EN 10255 handrail tubes are secured into the fitting using the built-in grub screws.
