Reducing Sockets

A full range of black malleable iron reducing sockets can be ordered here, this includes both concentric and eccentric reducers in sizes 4” x 3” NB. All our cast malleable iron reducers are BSI Kitemarked and have been manufactured by Jinan Meide to BS EN 10242:1995, they’re also female BSPT taper threaded to ISO 7-1.

These pipe fittings are all 25 bar (PN25) pressure rated at up to up to 120°C, their full operating temperature range is -20°C - 300°C. Well suited to sprinkler systems, oil & diesel lines, natural gas installations and more when paired with BS EN 10255 steel pipe.
