Comes with PN40 flanged ends conforming to BS EN 1092-1:2018
Body made of shot blasted stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M)
Ball made of stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M)
Face to face flange dimensions conform to BS EN 558 (Series-27)
Ball seats made of PTFE & 15% graphite
PTFE body gasket
Blow-out proof stainless steel 316 stem with an FKM (Viton) O-ring
Actuator mounted using the built-in ISO 5211 direct mount plate
Antistatic device provides electrical continuity and a fire-safe enabling use with flammable materials
Maximum operating pressure: 40 bar (PN40)
Operating temperature range: -30°C – 180°C
Comes with a factory fitted Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator
Rack and pinion operation with a 90° rotation (quarter turn)
Uses compressed air or any other inert gas for opening and closing the valve
