Actuated full bore 2-piece ball valve based on the Genebre Art2525
Comes with PN16 flanged ends conforming to BS EN 1092-1:2018 (Previously BS4504)
Body made of ductile cast iron EN-GJS-400 (GGG-40)
Face to face flange dimensions conform to BS EN 558 (series 27)
Ball seats made of PTFE & 15% graphite
Actuated used the built-in ISO 5211 direct mount plate
Blow-out proof stem
Stem O-ring made of FKM (Viton)
Stainless steel 304 ball and stem
Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar (PN16)
Operating temperature range: -30°C – 180°C
Comes with a factory fitted Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator
Rack and pinion operation with a 90° rotation (quarter turn)
Uses compressed air or any other inert gas for opening and closing the valve
Actuator feed connections: G1/4″ Threaded
Actuator feed pressure range: 2 – 8 bar
Actuator operating temperature range: -20°C – 80°C
