The Jinan Meide 90° elbow is a heavy‑duty malleable iron pipe fitting with banded reinforcement, designed for robust industrial and process‑piping systems. Cast in black (self‑colour) malleable iron and featuring female BSPT taper threaded ends to ISO 7‑1, it is designed for use with BS EN 10255 steel pipe & tube. Ideal for natural gas, heating, sprinkler systems, oil & diesel pipelines and other industrial fluid systems.

Manufactured to BS EN 10242:1995 by Jinan Meide and BSI Kitemarked, these fittings are not your run-of-the-mill malleables, they’re designed and rated for demanding service conditions. Available in sizes up to 6″ (150mm) nominal bore, they offer a maximum operating pressure of 25 bar (PN25) at up to 120°C, and up to 300°C at 20 bar (PN20). The full operating temperature range is ‑20°C to 300°C. Fittings in this size range undergo a design test pressure of 100 bar (hydrostatic test at ambient temperature).
