Unions

We offer a full range of female unions in galvanised forged mild steel from stock in sizes 1/8” (6mm) – 2 1/2” (65mm) NB, this includes both cone seat and flat seat versions. All of these pipe fittings are female BSPP parallel threaded, manufactured to BS EN 10241:2000 by Delcorte within Europe. These fittings are also commonly known as wrought iron fittings in line with the older BS 1740 standard.

BS EN 10241 steel fittings offer high tensile strength making them suitable for a range of processes and mediums, HDG galvanised fittings are often installed with BS EN 10255 steel pipe to be used with high pressure compressed air or non-potable water. These fittings are 25 bar (PN25) pressure rated with a maximum operating temperature of 230°C.
