Full Faced Flanges

We offer a full range of full-faced flanges from both Comer Italy and Onyx in ABS plastic, this includes PN16 and Table-E options with sizes available ranging from 1/2" (DN15) to 4" (DN100). All of the flanges in this range have been manufactured to the BS 5392-1 standard for ABS fittings by either Comer or Onyx as already stated, they're also WRAS approved and 15 bar (PN15) pressure rated at ambient temperature.

The full operating temperature range for these flanges is -40°C - 80°C, the two variants we currently offer are the FF30 and FF33, the FF33 is a PN16 flange conforming to the BS EN 1092-1 standard while the FF30 is a Table-E flange for use with flanges to BS10, both come with a plain end which can be connected to other plastic pipe and fittings by solvent welding.
