BS EN 1092-1 Slip On Welding Flanges

We offer an extensive range of raised face slip-on bossed welding flanges to BS EN 1092-1:2018 from stock, these were previously known as metric or BS 4504 flanges and are available here on our website in sizes between 1/2" (15mm) and 36" (900mm) nominal bore. All of our EN 1092-1 slip-on flanges are made of S235JR mild steel plate and come with a raised face which increases pressure on the gasket for a strong seal, this type of pipe flange is often fillet welded directly to the ends of steel pipe and tube.

We can supply these welding flanges with PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25 & PN40 pressure ratings, temperature ratings vary but are linked to the pressure rating of the flange. All of our BS EN 1092-1 slip-on welding flanges can be supplied with 3.1 mill test certification for maximum traceability, we can also offer a range of gaskets to suit.
