ANSI B16.5 Slip On Flanges
We offer a full range of ASME or ANSI B16.5:2017 forged slip-on welding flanges from stock, this includes sizes 1/2" (DN15) – 24" (DN600) as well as class 150 and class 300 flanges. All of these forged flanges are made of black (self-colour) ASTM A105 carbon steel with a yellow anti-rust coating.
All of our ASME B16.5 slip-on flanges are bossed for a strong joint with the pipe and feature a raised sealing face, this increases pressure against the gasket for a stronger seal. Slip-on flanges are normally welded directly to steel pipe or tube and all are available with 3.1 test certification if requested.
