Universal pipe coupling with a wide tolerance range to suit pipe in many materials, ideal for pipe repair applications

Adapter body & ends rings in ductile iron (EN GJS-450-10) to BS EN 1563

Black Rilsan (nylon 11) coated for impact, abrasion, weathering and chemical resistance

Suitable for cast iron, ductile iron, steel, plastic, cement and other types of plain ended pipe with a 85mm - 107mm OD (outer diameter)

Ribbed EPDM rubber gaskets ensure a strong seal on scored, corroded or pitted pipe

Captive, non-rotating steel bolt heads require a 19mm spanner for installation. Standard bolt torque (55 - 65Nm) for all sizes

3x M12 steel nuts, bolts (180mm length) & washers

Sleeve length & thickness: 95mm x 4.5mm

Setting gap range: 20mm - 40mm

Allows angular deflection (up to 6°) between pipes to accommodate for normal pipeline movement

Conforms to BS EN 14525, meets the requirements of the UK Water Regulations

Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar (PN16)

Operating temperature range: -20°C - 90°C
