Black Rilsan (nylon 11) coated for impact, abrasion, weathering and chemical resistance

Suitable for plain ended ductile iron pipe with a 274mm OD (outer diameter)

EPDM rubber gaskets with load-bearing stainless steel teeth

Captive, non-rotating steel bolt heads require a 24mm spanner for installation. Standard bolt torque (95 - 120Nm)

12x M16 steel nuts, bolts (275mm length) & washers

Sleeve length & thickness: 178mm x 8.5mm

Setting gap range: 20mm - 40mm

Allows angular deflection (up to 6°) between pipes to accommodate for normal pipeline movement

Can restrain pressure thrusts at bends without the need for thrust blocks
