TLV BV6 Carbon Steel Wafer Ball Valves

We can supply the BV6 carbon steel wafer ball valve from TLV in sizes 3/4" (20mm) - 4” (100mm) NB. These manual, lever-operated ball valves are all made of ASTM A105 carbon steel with a stainless steel 304 stem with PTFE washer and FPM O-ring, SS304 ball and PTFE & graphite ball seats. TLV BV6 ball valves have a wafer pattern for installation between PN16 flanges to BS EN 1092-1 (DIN 2501).

All of these TLV wafer ball valves are designed to be maintenance-free and rated for use on process steam, compressed air, water and more at up to 9 bar pressure. Fire-safe design as per the BS 6755, API 607 & API 6FA standards, CE marked and PED 2014/68/EU compliant (fluid group 2, category 1).
