J-Series Mechanical Steam Traps

We offer an extensive range of TLV J-Series mechanical free float steam traps, these traps are ideal for low-pressure processes. Our range currently includes ductile iron, cast iron and stainless steel traps with BSPT taper threaded or BS EN 1092-1 (DIN 2501) flanged ends. J-Series free float steam traps offer improved heating efficiency and durability as well as longer service life and lower maintenance costs.

All of these TLV steam traps come with a precision ground stainless steel free float which rises and falls with condensate flow to open and close the valve as well as provide infinite sealing surfaces. Strainers are fitted to all models as standard to protect internal components, they’re also fitted with a thermostatic X-element air vent for quick start-up and automatic air venting until close-to-steam temperature.
