TLV DC7 Cyclone Separators
The DC7 stainless steel cyclone separator from TLV is available here on our website in sizes 1/2" (DN15) - 2” (DN50), this includes BSPT threaded and BS EN 1092-1 (PN25/40) flanged versions. DC7 separators, with their up to separation 98% efficiency, can be used to remove entrained condensate for steam, air and other non-toxic & non-flammable gases.
All of these cyclone separators have a bottom-mounted 1/2" BSP drain plug for removal of the separated condensate but do not include a steam trap or filter. The maximum operating pressure for these separators is 25 bar (PN25).
