TLV DC3A Cyclone Separators (With Air Trap)

We can supply the DC3A ductile iron cyclone separator from TLV in sizes 1/2" (DN15) to 1" (DN25), this includes threaded and flanged options. All of these TLV separators feature a built-in stainless steel filter/screen and a free float air trap for discharge of the separated condensate via the 1/2" BSP female drain port.

The DC3A provides high-quality air with the condensate removed for increase efficiency, the combination of separator and trap into a single unit also results in cost and space savings, the DC3A can achieve separation efficiency of up to 98%. These cyclone separators for steam are available female BSPT taper threaded or BS EN 1092-1 (PN25/40) flanged and have a 10 bar pressure rating.
