TLV CV-COS Electro-Pneumatic Control Valves

The CV-COS ductile iron electro-pneumatic control valve from TLV is available here in sizes up to 2" with PN25/40 flanged ends. Used to control pressure, temperature, flow volume and more on steam systems, they all feature a built-in cyclone separator and free float steam trap with a stainless steel filter to provide dry, high-quality steam & eliminate water hammer.

TLV CV-COS control valves use an integrated pneumatic actuator and self-adjusting, auto-tuning digital I/P positioner which ensures tight shut-off and improves control at low flow-rates. All of these actuated control valves run on 4 - 6 bar compressed air, condensate is drained via a 1/2" drain port. Up to DN40 valves are PN16 rated, DN50 valves are PN10 rated.
