Condensate Recovery Pumps

We offer a full range of PowerTrap mechanical condensate recovery pumps from TLV, this includes both the GT & GP series with BSPT threaded or PN25/40 flanged ends. These pumps are designed to recover and transport high-temperature condensate without cavitation, this recycles water and heat energy. TLV PowerTrap pumps require no electricity supply, they can be powered by steam or air, this makes them intrinsically safe and suitable for use in hazardous areas.

The GT & GP series both include built-in check valves on the pumped medium inlet & outlet, GT-series pumps also include a free float steam trap, this eliminates stall and makes these pumps suitable for systems where positive to negative pressure fluctuations occur. All TLV PowerTrap mechanical pumps can be disassembled in-line for easy maintenance.
