TLV VC Automatic Air Vents

We offer TLV’s VC series of free float automatic air vents, this includes the VC2, VC3 & VC4 all of which are female BSPT taper threaded with 1/2" (VC2) or 1” (VC3/VC4) inlets and 3/8” outlets. All of these air vents are designed for hot or cold water systems and use a mechanical stainless steel free float mechanism to vent air on start-up and during operation.

The TLV bronze VC2 & cast iron VC3 come with NBR rubber seats and the cast iron VC4 a stainless steel seat ensuring a tight seal when the vent is closed. These air vents can also function as a vacuum breaker and should only be installed vertically. Discharge capacity, pressure and temperature rating varies between each of the vents.
