JA3D Zinc Alloy Free Float Air Traps
We offer the zinc alloy JA3D free float air trap from TLV, this model is only manufactured in 1/2" (DN15). The JA3D is used automatically drain entrained condensate from compressed air and gas lines, it comes with all stainless steel internals, female BSPT taper threaded ends and a built-in filter/screen.
The JA3D air trap uses a precision ground stainless steel free float with three-point seating for an air-tight seal and continuous, low velocity discharge as process loads vary, even under low-load. These traps are 16 bar (PN16) pressure rated with a discharge capacity of 280kg/h and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
