Spiral Wound Flange Gaskets

We offer an extensive selection of full faced spiral wound flange gaskets to suit PN16 flanges to BS EN 1092-1:2018 as well as class-150 flanges to ANSI/ASME B16.5:2017, this includes gaskets in sizes between 1/2” (15mm) and 20” (500mm) nominal bore. All of our spiral wound gasket have a graphite sealing element or centre, carbon steel outer ring and stainless steel 316 inner ring acts as a heatshield and corrosion barrier.

Spiral wound gaskets have the ability to recover under the action of fluctuating loads caused by process fluid pressure and temperature changes, flange face temperature variations, flange rotation, bolt stress relaxation and creep.
