The Albion SHP square head plug is cast from high quality AISI 316 (CF8M) stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in plumbing, industrial, and process pipework systems. Its square head allows for easy tightening with a spanner or wrench, providing a secure seal for pipe ends in compact or challenging installations.

Featuring male BSPT taper threads manufactured to ISO 7-1 (EN 10226-1) standards and conforming to ISO 4144:2003, this stainless steel plug is suitable for water, steam, and a wide range of industrial fluids. Maximum operating pressure is 20 bar (PN20) at up to 40°C, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 220°C. A hex head version is also available in the same range for standard installations requiring a hexagonal wrench interface.
