Actuated wafer type butterfly valve based on the Genebre Art2103
Body made of cast iron EN-GJL-200 (GG-20) with an epoxy coating
Suitable for installation with PN10 & PN16 pipe flanges to the BS EN 1092-1 standard as well as ANSI/ASME B16.11 (Class-150) flanges
Body seat made of EPDM rubber
Butterfly disc made of nickel plated ductile iron (EN-GJS-400)
Actuated mounted using the built-in ISO 5211 direct mounting plate
Face to face dimensions conform to UNE EN 558-1 Series 20 (DIN 3202 K1)
WRAS approved (suitable for use with potable water)
Operating temperature range: -20°C – 120°C
Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar (PN16)
Comes with a factory fitted an Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator
Rack and pinion operation with a 90° rotation (quarter turn)
Uses compressed air or any other inert gas for opening and closing the valve
Actuator feed connections: G1/4″ Threaded
Actuator feed pressure range: 2 – 8 bar
