About this product

Genebre Art2221 Carbon Steel Needle Valve

The Genebre Art2221 is a high-pressure carbon steel needle valve designed for accurate flow control in instrumentation and process applications. Featuring a robust ASTM A105 carbon steel construction and BSPP threaded ends, it is available in sizes 3/8″ – 1″ NB.

The valve body, bonnet and nut are manufactured from golden zinc plated ASTM A105 carbon steel for corrosion resistance, while a nitrogen treated stainless steel A182 F6 needle ensures precise regulation and long service life. Manual handwheel operation provides fine adjustment under high pressure conditions.

Key Features:

  • High pressure carbon steel needle valve
  • Body, bonnet and nut: ASTM A105 carbon steel, golden zinc plated
  • Female BSPP parallel threaded ends to ISO 228/1
  • Nitrogen treated stainless steel A182 F6 needle
  • Stainless steel A182 F6 stem
  • PTFE & graphite stem packing
  • Manual handwheel operation for precise flow control
  • Pressure rating: 3000 psi (220 bar)
  • Up to 260°C for sizes up to 1/2″ NB
  • Up to 240°C for sizes 3/4″ – 1″ NB
  • Working temperature range: -20°C to 250°C
  • Size range: 3/8″ – 1″ NB
