Genebre Art2120 Ductile Iron Grooved Butterfly Valve – Lever Operated

The Genebre Art2120 ductile iron grooved butterfly valve offers reliable flow control for industrial piping systems, with manual lever operation for sizes up to DN200 and gearbox operation for larger diameters. The valve supports precise handling and includes ISO 5211 direct mount provision for actuators or gearboxes across all sizes, making it highly versatile for automated or manual applications.

Constructed from GGG40 (EN-GJS-400) ductile iron, the valve body is coated with RAL 3000 “fire red” epoxy inside and out for excellent corrosion resistance. Grooved ends comply with AWWA C606, and face-to-face dimensions follow MSS SP-67 / ASME B16.10 standards. The disc is made of ductile iron with an EPDM coating for secure sealing, while the stainless steel 416 stem with PTFE packing and EPDM O-rings ensures long-lasting performance.

Sizes up to DN200 are operated via a manual lever, while larger sizes use a gearbox. The ISO 5211 direct mount standard allows easy installation of actuators or gearboxes without modification.
